“Azerishig” OJSC is carrying out major reconstruction works in Mehdili village of Barda.

Reconstruction work has begun in the village with 320 subscribers. The old network, which has been out of service for a long time, needs to be rebuilt. In order to reconstruct the electricity system in the village, poles, power transmission lines are being renewed, complete transformer points are being installed. Upon completion, consumers will be provided with stable and quality electricity and electricity losses will be prevented.

Reconstruction works are underway at the 35/10 square meter New Life substation, which was commissioned in 1980.  Lets` noted that, the substation supplies electricity to Yeni Tashkent, Shatirli, Kurdboraki, Nazirli, Gazakhlar, Hajili villages and one Military unit.
