Interviews are  going  on  at “Azerishig” OJSC to maintain transparency in recruitment, and to attract more professional staff using innovative and technological  techniques.  Interviews are held once a week with a telepresentative  system as a logical continuation  of  the electronic filing of applications by regions  and the organization of digital technologies.

İmplemented innovation serves  providing  transparency and accessibility directly in personal policy. Young people applying for a job in any region of Azerbaijan without coming to the capital  join the center and participate in the interview, with direct contact in the Centers of Automatic Control in the cities and regions where they live.  However, they do not leave the area where they live, and participate in an interview without wasting time and spending additional cost. Let 's note that starting from last year, an application for employment in “Azerishig” OJSC is being submitted electronically. Successful candidates who are regularly interviewed by the Recruitment Commission and at the Training Center courses are included in the OJSC Reserve Bank, provided with an electronic queue system. Currently, the Training Centers of  “Azerishig”  OJSC operate in Baku and regions along with the " Automatic Control Centers".
