Implemented reforms related connection of business entities to the electrical network and improvement of electronic applications were created " Electronic Appeals Management System". One of the advantages of this system is that it can integrate both electronic data and digital systems.

An entrepreneur can access the e-government (electronic  government)  portal electronically or with “ASAN  İmza” in his /her personal  cabinet,  and automatically enter  the  ID or PIN information.

As a result of the reforms, the number of procedures was reduced from 7 to 2, and the time spent was reduced from 41 days to 20 days.  Also for the entrepreneurs the opportunity  has been created for connection to the power supply network  with technical conditions including the preparation and sending of project documents for the purpose of providing physical connection , electronic filing of appeals in small and medium sized businesses and  "Asan Communities".

Using the possibilities of modern technologies  in the virtual space and the high level of informatization in government agencies, it provides qualitatively new services to citizens of the country. The importance of the project in public life is as follows.
